There are 4 tiers of membership (details and pricing below).
Requirements for new memberships*:
-Previous experience in a studio
-1 hour new member orientation
-$50 one-time onboarding fee
*If you’ve never taken a class or been a member, a 1-hour orientation is mandatory. If you have taken a class, only a 15 minute orientation is required and the onboarding fee is waived. Returning members may or may not receive a 15 minute orientation.

**Please note that we do not accept new membership inquiries for the months of November and December. This includes past members resuming membership.

Drop off and pick up Wednesdays 10-4 (no glaze, shelf or access code included)

Choose three days of the week you’d like access to the studio and equipment. These 3 days can only be changed once for a membership duration. Glaze, firing, access code and shelf included.

MEMBERSHIP FAQS
Who can become a member?
We require members to have prior experience in pottery, which includes having taken our classes or private lessons. Members must be 16 years or older.
What is the process for becoming a member?
Simply click the Membership Inquiry button above and fill out the information in the form. We will email you with all your follow up details about joining!
Is there an annual commitment?
Only a monthly commitment is required.
How do I pay for membership?
The membership payment is through an automatic monthly payment subscription. A link will be emailed to you after your inquiry is approved. (Click MEMBERSHIP INQUIRY above). Gift certificates cannot be redeemed toward membership subscriptions.
How do I cancel my membership?
When you need to cancel, email the studio before your next month’s charge. If you cancel in the middle of your month, you will have access to the studio until the last day of your active month.
Can I change my studio days if I’m a 3-day per week member?
Only once, if you see that the days you chose are not working.
Do you have a limit of clay purchases and production?
Clay purchases are limited to 2 bags (either new or used) per purchase. Members are limited to purchasing 3 bags per month. We are not equipped to support production potters.
What clay do you use at the studio? Can I fire pieces made with any clay?
We require 3 day/week members to use the Laguna #55 white stoneware clay that we sell through our website and in person Tues & Wed 10-2pm. All other memberships can use multiple clay bodies that we sell. We DO NOT fire outside clay.
We recycle and sell our #55 white stoneware studio clay. Recycled clay may not always be available to purchase.
What firing process do you use?
Pieces are fired in electric kilns. We bisque at cone 06 and glaze fire at a hot cone 5.
What is the firing schedule?
We currently fire on Mondays (unloaded Wed), Wednesdays (unloaded Fri) and Saturdays (unloaded Mon). This schedule is posted on the whiteboard outside the kiln room. A check mark is written by the date when the kiln is unloaded.
What equipment is available for members to use?
The studio is equipped with 20 wheels, a slab roller, extruder, a wedging table, 2 work tables, glazes, ware boards, and community tools including bats, buckets, trimming and throwing tools, sponges, glazing tools,
This equipment is available to all levels of membership EXCEPT Fire Only.
Please note that we do not onboard members during the months of November and December. This includes pausing and resuming membership.
